Handsome Guys opens with a light-hearted premise: Jaepil (Lee Sung-min), who sees himself as the tough guy, and Sangu (Lee Hee-jun), his self-styled "sexy guy" companion, appear to have everything a man could want – a house, a car, and even striking appearances. Excited to move into a European-style dream house in a quiet neighborhood, they are all set for a fresh start. However, reality doesn’t take long to crash down on their perfect fantasy. Their strong first impressions immediately land them on the watchlist of the local police, led by Chief Choi (Park Ji-hwan) and Officer Nam (Lee Kyu-hyung), creating an amusing dynamic that sets the tone for the absurdity that’s about to unfold.

Their attempt at heroics only makes matters worse: when they try to save a young woman, Mina (Kong Seung-yeon), from a potential accident, they end up being mistaken for kidnappers.
